From Oliver, the baby Kangaroo, or carrot-feeding the lemurs and of course meeting the tigers. Unlike mainstream zoos, this family-owned zoo lets you pet and feed the animals making it a unique experience for the whole family!
Horseback Riding
If you’re looking to go trail riding during your stay in Windham NY, join the Catskill Equestrian Center for scenic mountain trail rides, pony rides and riding lessons. An experienced and friendly guide leads all their trail rides. They provide horses for every level of rider, with particular attention to beginners. They ask you to arrive ten to fifteen minutes early to help tackle your mount before starting the lesson.
