Sautéed veggies partner with egg dishes. Scratch-made morning sweets served with locally-sourced maple syrup. Bold flavors and complex profiles along with options for the traditionalist among us. We respect quality ingredients. Seasonally sourced, prepared with culinary creativity and presented with purpose. Artisan bread made just-down-the-road by our friends at See & Be Kitchen; just as passionate about bread as we are about breakfast, their homemade dough goes through a 48-hour cold fermentation making the results, well… just delightful.

We will stay true to our philosophy and offer morning options prepared and presented with the same care and attention we are known for. Delicious. Thoughtful. However, our business model continues to evolve with best foodservice practices always at the forefront. Café style service offers a combination of traditional ware and eco-friendly disposables in a casual, and welcoming environment.

Our bakery items are made-from-scratch from cherished recipes. Pick up our sublime coffee cake, gluten and dairy free banana bread, or pre-order signature items for your room or home.

Grab a cup of locally-roasted coffee; get inspired by the 50+ Tea Wall which challenges the most discerning tea drinker offering a plethora of selections.

Bakery by Albergo items can be pre-ordered and kept in your in-room fridge. A microwave in the lobby area allows guests to heat up items and “picnic” in their guest room; local folks can call ahead for pick up to go.

*** Open to the Public Café style service offers a combination of traditional plating, and eco-friendly disposables with our make yourself at home coffee station. For hotel guests choosing to dine in-room, items are presented “Picnic-Style” with disposable ware and all guest rooms feature an appropriate table to enjoy your meals at. Breakfast room seating capacity is limited and tables are available on a first-come basis in the dining room for those purchasing from our menus (whether lodging or non-lodging guests). To adhere to restrictions, provide a safer environment for our guests and staff, and accommodate restaurant patrons, we ask that you offer grace as we care for you and “learn as we go”. As we navigate through 2024, we continue to make needed changes.

*** Please note: Bakery by Albergo items are often available to Grab & Go, however, some require advanced notice. If a time frame is required, it will be noted in the item’s description. Single items, like our delicious coffee cakes and banana breads are available for advance purchase if you’d like to have them in your guest room fridge for mornings the restaurant is closed. All guest rooms now feature an appropriate table to enjoy your meals at, should you wish to do so. Although breakfast room seating capacity has diminished, there are a number of tables available on a first-come basis in the dining room for those purchasing from our menus (whether lodging or non-lodging guests). Reservation confirmations and direct email correspondences may include details on breakfast service changes and dining room usage modifications as we navigate through ever-changing guidelines.
