Sauteed veggies partner with egg dishes. Scratch-made morning sweet option served with locally sourced maple syrup. Bold flavors and complex profiles along with options for the traditionalist among us. Artisan bread rolls made just-down-the-road by See & Be Kitchen; just as passionate about bread as we are about breakfast, their handmade rolls go through a 48-hour cold fermentation and are delightful.
Current challenges have posed hurdles in breakfast logistics, especially during busy times. We will stay true to our philosophy and offer morning options prepared and presented with the same care and attention we are known for. Delicious. Thoughtful. However, our business model continues to evolve with best foodservice practices always at the forefront. We serve on eco-friendly ‘picnic-style’ disposables in a casual, and welcoming environment.

Lodging and non-lodging guests can enjoy Pantry by Albergo offerings. Perfect to take to the trails, or have a quick bite, or late-night nibble.
Pre-order and morning grab-and-go items.
Our scratch-made coffee cake, banana bread, signature granola, and overnight maple infused muesli are Albergo Allegria must haves.
Locally roasted and fresh ground coffee welcomes the sunrise- seekers. The Brick Wall of Tea challenges the most discerning tea drinker with over 40 selections perfectly framed around the retro-blue cast iron stove. Pre-order signature homemade cookies or inspired bakes.
For lodging guests, Après ski “Tea and French-Press Coffee Service” is served on a tray to take to your guest room with ceramic crockery and kitchen-made cookies included. Hand-crafted loose-leaf Tay Tea from 3rd generation tea blender, Nini Ordoubadi, satisfies tea-drinking ritualists.
Pantry by Albergo items can be pre-ordered and kept in your in-room fridge. A microwave in the lobby area allows guests to heat up items and “picnic” in their guest room; local folks can pre-order and pick up to go.

All guest rooms now feature an appropriate table to enjoy your meals at. With tables moved into guest rooms, our breakfast room seating capacity has diminished. However, there are a few tables available on a first-come basis in the dining room for those purchasing from our menus (whether lodging or non-lodging guests). To adhere to restrictions, provide a safer environment for our guests and staff, and accommodate restaurant patrons, we ask that you offer grace as we care for you and “learn as we go”.
