Cancellation Policy Weekday: (Sunday through Thursday; Non-Holiday/Non-Special Event Period).
Credit card will hold reservation.
Any reservation altered or canceled prior to your arrival date, will be charged 10% of the reservation total as a cancellation fee.
In the event a guest does not show for their room, or if guest arrives after the confirmed date of arrival, or departs before the confirmed date of departure, 100% of the total stay for the entire period reserved will be charged.

A 2 night minimum is required on weekends. A 1 night deposit will be charged to the credit card as soon as the reservation is made.
Any reservation altered or cancelled before 14 days prior to your arrival date, will receive a refund of the deposit less 10% of the total reservation amount. This fee will be deducted from your deposit and the balance will be credited back to your credit card.
Any reservation altered or cancelled within 14 days of your arrival date, will forfeit the 1 night deposit in full (100%) unless the room can be re-rented for the full amount. If the room is re-rented for the full amount you will receive a refund of the deposit less 10% of the total reservation amount. This fee will be deducted from your deposit and the balance will be credited back to your credit card.
In the event a guest does not show for their room, or if guest arrives after the confirmed date of arrival, or departs before confirmed date of departure, 100% of the total stay for the entire period reserved will be charged.
When booking Friday/Saturday, or Saturday/Sunday, the weekend rate applies for each night.
A multiple night minimum is required during Holiday/Special Event Periods. A multiple night deposit will be charged to the credit card as soon as the reservation is made.

Albergo Allegria Check In Time:
| Rooms are guaranteed to be ready by 3:00PM each day. For Late Arrivals (9:30PM or later) we will leave a note on the front desk with directions to your room. The room key will be left in the room by the information booklet and the door will be left unlocked. Always check at the front desk before proceeding to your assigned room, as there may have been a change in assignments. |

| Check out time is 11:00am (a late check out may be available at an additional fee of $10 per hour with prior arrangement with the Innkeeper). A $25 fee charged for unreturned room keys. |

Rates: Rates subject to change without notice. Not included in Room Rates: 8% New York State sales tax. Housekeeping and Breakfast Gratuities are left up to your discretion. Roll-away cots and cribs are available with prior arrangement (limit one per room). . Pets: Not suitable for pets. Fireplaces: Gas log fireplaces are operable during the Autumn and Winter Seasons.
