Guests provide required &nbsp;F.EM.A. paperwork and F.E.M.A. is paying for eligible lodging expenses.&nbsp;Albergo Allegria Bed and Breakfast Hotel is set in the Northern Catskill Mountains in the town of Windham, NY.&nbsp;

After Windham was slammed by Tropical Storm Irene in 2011, we too, are familiar with the feelings of devistation and the endurance needed to rebuild.

2 cups cooked quinoa, cold (see note below for instructions to cook quinoa)1/3 cup milk4 large eggs1 tsp pure vanilla extract3/4 cups butter, melted and cooled1 1/2 cups organic cane sugar1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder1 1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt
